The Château de la Motte Jarry farm operates the estate on more than 100 hectares in Burgundy in the heart of nature and traditions. They raise Hampshire sheep (English origin) in accordance with organic farming. The entire estate and breeding is certified organic. The care taken in the selection of Hampshire livestock, raised in accordance with the traditions of organic farming in a natural area, guarantees the quality and flavor of their recipes.
