Made with blood orange, lemon and mandarin, this vinegar perfectly combines these citrus flavors with ginger for a more Asian flavor on the finish. The combination of citrus fruits and ginger allows you to give character to all your fish dishes, whether raw or cooked, or to make a simple vinaigrette original.


Based in Aubagne, near Marseille, Le Goût specializes in artisanal fruit pulp vinegars.
