Le Vent dans les Voiles 2024 Blanc, by Valérie Courrèges, is a 100% Vermentino IGP Var white wine , aged on fine lees in concrete vats after direct pressing. Produced in organic conversion , this wine delicately expresses aromas of white peach, lemon and brioche , supported by a beautiful liveliness. Served at 10-12 °C, it pairs ideally with grilled fish, Mediterranean salads or fresh cheeses. An accessible and elegant vintage, to be discovered without delay.
