Presentation of Aix Pression, Blonde Beer
Blonde beer from the Provençal brewery Aix Pression is a fresh and well-balanced beer. On the nose, we discover notes of citrus and malts. On the palate, Blonde Aix Pression beer balances between notes of grapefruit and notes of toasted and woody cereals. It is slightly round in the mouth, for our greatest pleasure.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Located on the outskirts of Aix-en-Provence, in Rognes, the small family brewery, created in 2015, specializes in producing quality craft beers. A family story initiated by the son, Steven Giroud, co-founder with his mother of the brewery.
The originality of this brewery: during bottling, their beers are re-inoculated with Champagne yeasts to obtain a finer and more elegant bubble.
