Presentation of Château Beauregard Mirouze - Blouze

Want a balanced and fresh organic white wine? Discover the Blouze vintage from Château Beauregard Mirouze , a white wine perfect for your aperitifs, white meats and grilled fish. The Rouze range started with a very light red and they wanted to make a little brother in white marked by a thirst-quenching, very light, and very lively wine.

HISTORY OF THE ESTATE

Karine and Nicolas Mirouze have been cultivating the 25 hectares of vines on the family estate organically since 2010, biodynamically since 2018 and as passionate winegrowers since always. Our agricultural practices have the essential goal of revitalizing life in our soils. In addition to biodynamic preparations, they produce their own compost on the estate which is spread in autumn and at the end of winter. They also sow cover crops in September which invade the vines during the winter season. From November to April their flock of 50 sheep grazes in the vineyards. When the vines grow, they limit tractor passage through the vines as much as possible. All the wines are certified in organic farming and they have been practicing biodynamics since 2018. They produce red, rosé and white wines in the Corbières appellation and Vin de France.
