Discover an exceptional winemaker's cognac: Bourgoin Cognac XO - Brut de Fût 2002. This cognac faithfully embodies the essence of the terroir that gave birth to it. This eau-de-vie is produced without blending, reduction or filtration. Each carefully selected cask is bottled individually, at its natural strength from the barrel, with meticulous traceability of the vintage and the plot. Racking is carried out by gravity, respecting the lunar phases to take advantage of fluid dynamics. Bottling is done by hand, without any additives.
