Domaine Clovallon's En Noir et Blanc cuvée is a stunning organic wine from Languedoc. The estate has innovated and offers us a wine that combines Riesling and Pinot Noir vinified in white! The wine has a beautiful straw-yellow color. On the nose, it is very expressive, with notes of yellow fruits and honey. On the palate, we appreciate a fleshy texture and a beautiful tension. The En Noir et Blanc wine is well-balanced with a slightly bitter finish with notes of apricot. If you like discovering wines that are off the beaten track, this atypical white will please you.
