On the palate, this Meursault - Les Vireuils dessous from Domaine Parigot is both full-bodied and rich, as its appellation suggests, but also surprisingly fresh (with its fine citrus notes) and mineral compared to the usual Meursault wines! A very great, distinguished and elegant white Burgundy wine to drink or cellar!
