This cuvée from Domaine Les Terres Promises offers us a beautiful, fleshy, and mineral white wine. On the palate, the wine is complex, its beautiful minerality is supported by a subtle fruit with light spicy notes. It is a perfect white wine to accompany fish or a vegetable tian.
