Ferroni La Dame Jeanne No. 13 Canaries is an agricultural rum from a distillery in the province of La Palma, near the sea . The island is often subject to volcanic eruptions. Rum from Pure juice distilled on a 20th century ergot still in short fermentation. It was at the Château des Creissauds, in Aubagne, that it continued to sunbathe in Dame Jeannes subjected to the heat of the south. This rest allowed it to round out, to harmonize, and to develop an exceptional delicacy. It is a Sweet and fruity Rum, there are aromas of green olive and cane . Fat on the palate .
