Presentation of La Bastide de Songes Terres Blanches 2003 – Vin de Pays de l’Hérault Rouge
The Terres Blanches cuvée from Bastide des Songes is a red wine aged in barrels offered in an old vintage: 2003! The dark dress testifies to its evolution. The nose is marked by black fruits, blackcurrant, and stone fruits such as prune. On the palate the wine is complex and charming. It is a concentrate of aromas of red and black fruits, with tannins softened by time. La Bastide des Songes invites you to discover a great mature red wine at a lower cost!
History of the estate
La Bastide des Songes is a property which extends over a total area of 35 hectares located in the heart of the Hérault vineyards. While this family estate had already belonged to the Torquebiau wine-growing family for years, it was in 2003 that the estate was born with the inauguration of their wine cellar. Ambitious winegrowers who wish to free themselves from the constraints of AOCs, they have completely turned their vineyard upside down by replanting qualitative and atypical grape varieties for the region such as Cabernet Sauvignon , Syrah , Pinot Noir , Chardonnay or Gewurztraminer ! For lovers of atypical and daring wines , La Bastide des Songes is made for you!
