This Champagne Brut Réserve is the emblematic cuvée of the Pouillon house. This brut réserve is a blend of the estate's different terroirs aged in barrels and vats with 30% reserve wines aged in oak barrels and tuns. The color is brilliant with golden highlights and a lively and fine bubble. The nose is distinguished by its aromas of ripe fruit, quince, acacia and almond. On the palate, this Champagne Brut Réserve from the Pouillon house is very balanced between yellow fruits and dried fruits, with a frank attack and a finish gently evoking honey. Perfect as an aperitif to whet the appetite!
