Presentation of Zoumai Pomègues Spring
Pomègues Printemps organic beer from Marseille-based Brasserie Zoumai is a limited edition creation for the entire spring season. It's a blond beer with passion fruit. The color is a beautiful orange color which invites tasting. On the nose we find fruity aromas, with a very fragrant beer. The palate confirms the aromas present on the nose with fruity flavors of passion fruit and exotic fruits. It's a slightly tart beer that will be perfect all spring long. The beer takes its name from Pomègues Island which is part of the Frioul archipelago off the coast of Marseille.
HISTORY OF THE BREWERY
Zoumai is a young independent brewery from Marseille, with a name that calls out (inspired by Provencal, Zou = go and Mai = Encore). Created in 2018 in the Phocaean city by 4 passionate friends, this artisanal brewery already has all the makings of a great one. It offers a range of organic beer, to respect the flavor of the products as much as possible and contribute to the preservation of the environment. Each of the beers from the Zoumai brewery bears the name of one of the islands present on the coast of Marseille, Maire, Tiboulen, Gaby and Riou. Located in the city center, the brewery offers a range of quality beers, which will appeal to as many people as possible. Several times a year Zoumai unveils a limited edition beer with flavors of the current season.
