Émilie and Emmanuel, former professionals in the public sector and consulting, change direction to devote themselves to their common passion: chocolate. They created Barre Clandestine in 2022, inspired by the desire to produce extraordinary artisanal chocolate, far from industrial standards. Émilie, a chocolate fan, has explored the creations of numerous chocolatiers. She fell in love with this profession and could no longer imagine doing anything else: choosing the best beans, designing recipes to reveal unique aromas, arousing taste emotions... Emmanuel, a former consultant by day and magician by night, Was totally surprised by the taste of bean to bar chocolates. His ambition: “that our chocolate reflects my personality, demanding in quality and values, but also surprising in flavor ”.
