For a more original pairing, you can serve a full-bodied red wine. A wine from Bordeaux or the Rhône Valley will surprise your guests and will go very well with chocolate flavors.

Red fruit desserts are very fresh and tangy. They can be accompanied by different types of wines:
A rosé wine , if it is a fruit salad, the rosé wine will perfectly accompany this dessert with these fruity notes. You can opt for a Coteaux d’Aix-en Provence , or a Cassis .
